Friday

tip-o-day

When the washer makes a high pitched squealing sound - stop it immediately.
Once you see the smoke - its most likely too late.

____
And now we decide... fix or trash?

or you could put it in your yard as a yard ornament. Your neighbors would love the re-purposing of that piece.

Time for another bucket of cocktails.

I would say TRASH. Bing would say FIX. And then she would fix it, but spend ALL day working on it and swearing and practically foaming at the month in anger.

And, in the end, yes...we would have saved a hundred bucks. But, I would also want to smack her crabby self.

Worth it? Hmmmm

trash it... they're not THAT expensive... ehhehehehehehe.

Perhaps being around us last weekend talking about new appliances made YOUR little washing machine feel useless?!!!

How old is it? If it's younger than 10 I say fix it. Older than that, perhaps it's time to look at the newer models.

If you trash it, replace it with a front loader.

Buy your wife a washing board for Valentine's Day.

I would say buy a new one and use the old one for your house compost. You won't have to make as many trips outside this way.

You know, between the roof, the basement, and now the washer, perhaps the Universe is nudging you towards that condo on the coast earlier than you'd planned on.

Don't trip over dollars to save dimes. Buy a front loader, use less water, less electricity and get a tax credit.
