wait...

We have an agenda?!?
Why am I always the last to know these things.

(I discovered these gems through some blogger pals)

Oh... what the heck, while I'm at it - try this too.

Yes, we are the ones with an agenda, not them.

As for Andrew Sullivan - what did Mr. "I have seen the Clinton evil" do? He voted for dumbass, walking onion bulb, George Bush - twice. Oh yeah, that makes him so credible cuz Bush has helped the homos way more than Clinton.

Clinton used people. Now that's a surprise considering he's a politician. Clinton also gave us two liberal Supremes, both of whom struck down Lawrence vs. Texas.

Politicians lie, that's what they do. The trick is, to pick the liar who is going to push the door open just a little more.

That person is not going to be a Republican. No matter how evil Hillary Clinton is, if she ends up being the Dem nominee, our chances for the door getting pushed open just a little more are far better with her than with John McCain.

Alrighty, royal weese. But c'mon, people act like the Clintons are the only lying politicians EVER. What's the deal with that? What is it about them in particular? Why does every politician get off the hook but not the Clintons? George Bush will eventually get off the hook and the Clintons will be blamed for everything.

The Iraq War? The Clintons
Recession? The Clintons
Live Oak Disease? The Clintons
Ingrown toenails? The Clintons
Bad Breath? The Clintons
Avocado green refrigerators from the 70s? The Clintons

And...I have very little patience for Andrew Sullivan. He's such a whiny, Republican, gay boy. Boo-frickety-hoo.

Ok, I suppose I need to examine my ego about all this.

Is she saying the no one should have the right to financially support the candidates of their choice, or just that homosexuals shouldn't. Cause last time I checked, the so called christian right had pretty deep pockets when it came to certain candidates. I'm just saying.

And I do realize she wasn't saying that we shouldn't have the right to financially back the candidates, but she sure came across to me like she thought it was dirty politics and we were the only ones who did such a thing.

They have dyke combat boots in Australia?
Nobody told me!

You were too busy raising normal, healthy, well adjusted children, and being good daughters/sisters/family members to read the Agenda? I'd say shame on you, but we were busy doing the same. The nerve of us!

As I said elsewhere, Karma. It's a bitch and it will come back to haunt that bitch.

In her presidential campaign, Senator Clinton has promised to "roll back" the federal clause in DOMA. No other candidate (who's still in the game) has promised anything this specific for GLBT equality. If she (wins and) signs this rollback, all gay married couples in MA will be granted federal rights and protections.

FREAKIN' HUGE!

How much would it SUCK if she goes back on this promise? I hope Mr. Sullivan is wrong. --maw

I didn't know we had an agenda either. Will there be homework too? Classes on jumping out of bushes and lurking in public restrooms to recruit little children from "true" families (where daddy cheats on mommy and then leaves her for a 20 year old)? And now that I think about it.. I believe I am owed a toaster-oven...

"royal weese"? hmm, you tossing down the gauntlet there EB?

Actually, Anon, Obama has promised to repeal (in their entirety) DOMA and DADT, the two most anti-gay pieces of legislation in our nation's history. Both of which were enacted under President Clinton. That would be after the Triangle Ball and after our community contributed over $3 million to his presidential bid. What a way to say thanks for the support, eh?
