Those are some well-deserved glasses of wine. Cripes! That's a lot of snow!

I think red wine would have been the better choice

Wow, that looks like the house I grew up in. When was it built. I love Federalist architecture.

So what are your thoughts on raking the roof? We've gone back and forth over whether we should get someone in to do it or not. Can't do it all ourselves bc the back of the house is essentially 3 stories high.

I always thought a snow blower would be fun to use, but NOT THAT MUCH SNOW!! Nice job, ladies.

Ann - I was thinking what a good thing it was that you had peeked rooves when I saw that first picture. I doubt any flat roof could hold that much snow. Looking at your porch roof, it does look like it could use a rake if the snow is not melting - boy that's a lot of snow!
Looking at all the pictures, I couldn't help but think what a great igloo you could build.

When I saw all that snow, all I could think about was the Cat in the Hat. You totally should have gotten some food coloring powder to mix with the snow before using the snow blower so you could get that perfect shade of pink! :-)
