Blind date

Tonight my delightful wife and I are orchestrating a blind date of sorts.
We have a friend, a lovely and wildly creative creature who recently became single. Her relationship of 7 years ended abruptly last winter.
We figure it’s high time to get her out there and start dating again.
Through other friends we had the opportunity to meet an ex NASA rocket scientist… also recently broken up and in need of a good woman. No, really-- she is a rocket scientist. Well actually, I believe she is doing social work with impoverished kids these days. As you know there is a high burn out rate making rockets.
Well tonight we get them together over dinner. We will be there, as well as another couple to see if the artist and the scientist make music together.
It has all the makings of a made for TV movie.
