HARTFORD (AP) -- Gov. M. Jodi Rell signed landmark legislation Wednesday that makes Connecticut the first state to recognize same-sex civil unions without court pressure.
The bill was fraught with controversy, and only passed because a DOMA amendment had been attached.
But …it PASSED!
So… will this adorable couple of near 20 years take the plunge?
