maybe they are just mucking with things...but you aren't back again so...maybe they are blocking it. sorry!
I had the same problem this week, they actually even tried to cut Internet time to 60 minutes a day, broken up into 6 10 minute allocations. THAT lasted about 2 hours. It's back now. Hopefully, the same will happen to you.
I've got some kids who can show you how to get around firewalls. Let me know. :-)
